Obstacle 02 · Buy first, then sell

A few things matter.
- Can you qualify for the purchase while still owning your current home?
- What would both homes and any temporary financing cost until the sale?
- What changes if the current home sells later, or for less, than expected?
Approval is only part of the decision.
A buy-first plan should feel financially comfortable, with a clear sale and post-sale plan.
